Terms of Service
These terms describe the baseline rules for using SOFI Virtualization. A signed order form, data processing agreement, or enterprise contract may add product-specific or customer-specific terms.
Use of the service
SOFI Virtualization provides governed data virtualization, catalog, access control, and related platform capabilities. You are responsible for the data sources, credentials, users, and policies configured in your workspace.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and promptly remove access for users who no longer need the service. Administrative users are responsible for activity performed in their tenant.
Customer data
Your data remains yours. SOFI processes customer data only to provide the service, operate security controls, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal obligations. Production deployments are designed for tenant isolation and auditability.
Acceptable use
You may not use SOFI to compromise systems, bypass access controls, process unlawful data, overload infrastructure, or violate third-party rights. We may suspend access when needed to protect the platform or other customers.
Trials and subscriptions
Trial access may be limited by duration, usage, and feature availability. Paid subscriptions are governed by the commercial terms agreed with SOFI or an authorized reseller.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the product, email, or the SOFI website.
